Before you complete the registration form for the application, please read the following:

Calvary is fully accredited!

Our education industry credentials and credibility are established and reinforced by being a legally registered institution with affiliations and accreditation’s with reputable education regulatory bodies.

Calvary Christian College is registered with the Department of Education and is a member of the Independent Schools Association of South Africa (ISASA) and Southern African Christian Schools’ Sport Association (SACSSA).  We are also Umalusi accredited, the body which approves all training and educational centres across the country, Our grade 12’s write the Independent Examination Board (IEB) examinations.

Academic Excellence

Our High School was opened in 2006 and we grew it one year at a time.  In 2010 our first group of matrics wrote the Independent Examination Board (IEB) exam. Our 100% matric pass rate recorded since 2010, is testimony to the quality of our teaching staff and academic programmes.

OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

A snapshot of life at Calvary Christian College, celebrating learning, faith, and the moments that shape our learners every day.

Step 1: Submit Application Form

  • Complete the official Application Form with all learner and family details.
  • Attach/bring certified copies of required documents (birth certificate, ID, vaccination records, proof of
    guardianship, financial clearance certificate, etc.).
  • Submit online or deliver to the school reception.

Step 2: Appointment Scheduling

  • A receptionist will contact you to arrange an appointment.
  • Bring all original documents to this meeting for verification.

Step 3: Placement Test & Principal Meeting

  • The learner will complete a placement test (English, Afrikaans, Mathematics).
  • Parents/guardians meet with the Principal/Pastor.

Step 4: Finance Department Consultation

  • Meet with the Finance Department to discuss fees and read the Agreement of Tuition, payment options,
    and account responsibilities.
  • Parents must provide recent bank statements and payslips of the person responsible for the account.
  • Credit checks may be conducted in line with the Agreement of Tuition.

Step 5: Signing of the Agreement of Tuition and Statement

  • Parents/guardians read & sign the Agreement of Tuition, acknowledging:
    ○ Payment terms (monthly/annual, due on the 1st).
    ○ Notice period for cancellation (three months).
    ○ Undertakings to support school policies, discipline, and values.
  • Signatures from both parents/guardians are required.
  • Sign the Statement of Faith

Step 6: Final Acceptance

  • Once all documents are verified, the placement test completed, and fees arranged, the Agreement of
    Tuition and Statement of Faith signed, the learner is officially accepted into the school.
  • Confirmation is issued jointly by the Principal and Accounts Department
    Parent Commitments
  • Ensure punctual attendance, compliance with uniform, and provision of textbooks/eBooks.
  • Maintain constructive communication with the school.
  • Uphold Calvary Christian College values and respond promptly to school communications
